This policy explains how Creative Frog handles information when you use creativefrog.io or contact us about a project.
Information you choose to provide
The project enquiry can include your name, company or brand, email address, selected service, project brief, and the names of files you intend to send. The public website does not upload those files. It prepares an email draft on your device, and nothing is sent until you send that email through your own email provider.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and discuss requested services.
- To prepare scopes, estimates, project plans and client communications.
- To deliver contracted creative work and maintain business records.
- To protect the website, clients and Creative Frog from misuse or fraud.
Cookies and analytics
This deployment does not set advertising cookies and does not include a third-party analytics script. The hosting provider may process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser details and request logs, to serve and secure the website.
Sharing and service providers
Creative Frog does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by providers needed to operate communications, hosting, file transfer or project delivery, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, projects, legal obligations and business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive credentials or confidential production files through the public enquiry form.
Your choices
You may ask Creative Frog to correct or delete information you have provided, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Applicable rights can vary by location.
Client portal
The portal pages currently describe a planned service. Public account creation and direct uploads are not active. This policy will be updated before those functions are opened.
